Shipping Policy
At Wanna Have Funds, our clothing is made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed rather than being taken from pre existing inventory.
Because each order is made individually, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing & Production
Orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to be produced before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your shipping timeline begins once your order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
United States: approximately 5 to 10 business days
International: approximately 7 to 15 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, peak season volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Your total estimated fulfillment time may therefore be approximately 8 to 22 business days, including production and shipping.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.
Wanna Have Funds is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Wanna Have Funds is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
If your package is lost while in transit, please contact us at wannahavefund@gmail.com so we can help determine the next steps.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including customs delays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and high order volumes.
A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.
International Orders
Wanna Have Funds ships internationally to available destinations. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
