At Wanna Have Funds, all of our clothing is made to order. This means each piece is specially made for you after your order is placed. Because our items are made specifically for each customer, all orders are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply no longer wanting the item.

Please carefully review our size guide and product details before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size and style.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at wannahavefund@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

If we determine that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Made to Order Items

Because every piece is made specifically for your order, production begins after your order is placed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please make sure your shipping address, size, color, style, and other order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will notify you once we have reviewed the issue and approved the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
